Most people brush their teeth in the morning before they start their day and at night before they go to bed. But is that enough? How often should you really be brushing your teeth and is this rule the same for everyone? Dentist recommend brushing at least twice a day. Some even recommend brushing after every meal. If you drink a lot of sugar drinks, have dental problems or feel your teeth need to be brushed more often, you may choose to do it more often.

Dentists agree that the need to brush on a regular basis does not vary from person to person and that the twice a day rule should apply to everyone. So how often do you brush your teeth?
