Going off the college is a time when many young adults get their first taste or freedom and independence. It is also a time when they can put their health and hygiene to the side to focus on other things. A recent study showed that many college student neglect their teeth with they go off the college. Another study showed that communal bathroom is college dorms are a likely place for germs to be transferred.

Toothbrushes are common left out on sinks or in shower caddies where germs can easily attach to them. There are ways to protect your toothbrush and other hygiene products in college and practice good dental hygiene.
