Apples are a great snack and can help you stay healthy and fit. You already know that an apple a day can keep the doctor away, but how about the dentist? Apples also contain tannins, which are good for your teeth. Tannins are believed to remove the stickiness from the gums and teeth and could help prevent plaque from sticking to teeth.
