How To Use Baking Soda To Whiten Your Teeth

Everyone wants whiter teeth, but some whitening products and treatment can be expensive. Harsh chemical in these whitening products can actually harm your teeth over time or if used to often. Luckily, there is a better way to whiten your teeth. This method is safer, more mild and requires a products you probably already have at home or can pick up at your local store for an inexpensive price; baking soda. Follow these simple step to get your teeth whiter with baking soda.
Step 1: Pour a small amount of baking soda into a dish.
Step 2: Pour some water or mouth wash into the dish with the baking soda.
Step 3: Use your toothbrush or to stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste. It should be similar to toothpaste. Add more baking soda to make it thicker and more liquid to loosen it up.
Step 4: Apply the whitening past to your toothbrush and use it to brush you teeth as you normally would. Allow the paste to stay on your teeth for several minutes for maximum results.
Step 5: Rinse to remove the paste from your teeth. You may want to brush with your regular toothpaste after using the baking soda. Store the unused portion in an air-tight container and use daily if desired.
