Fresh Thyme will be opening its first Grand Rapids store this month. The store is similar to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and offers Whole Foods and a unique line of products . There are other Fresh Thyme stores in other areas of Michigan and other parts of the country and they all do well. They appeal to anyone who is interested in shopping for unique food items they may not be able to find anywhere else as well as organic foods.
