Dr. Mulder’s team is truly a one-of-a-kind group. Each member is just as committed as Dr. Mulder to building relationships and delivering amazingly high quality patient care. You’ll find no cold “clinical” feel - instead, our team has created an atmosphere of warmth, comfort, and friendliness. Judy
Judy became Office Manager for Dr. Jerry B. Mulder’s team in 1989. She specializes in the front office processes in addition to assisting patients with their insurance needs. Judy enjoys interacting with the patients and assisting them with any concerns or questions they may have.
Judy is married and has two grown boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling with family and friends. She also pretends to enjoy running.
She has completed her education at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with the rest of Dr. Mulder’s team.
Stacie
Stacie moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan from the small town of Millington, Michigan. She is passionate about spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys mountain biking and working out.
Stacie joined Dr. Mulder’s office in 2000 and has continued providing patients with outstanding care, service and knowledge. Prior to joining Dr. Mulder’s team, she attended Kendall College of Art & Design and then Olympia Career Training Institute, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she received her degree in Dental Assisting. She has completed her education at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), where she trained with her team to support Dr. Mulder in the area of cosmetic dentistry.
Margaret
Margaret enjoys establishing relationships with all her wonderful patients. Margaret was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Grand Rapids Community college where she graduated with an art and science degree as a Dental Hygienist. She has completed her education at Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).
Margaret joined Dr. Mulder's office in 1989.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to art fairs, and spending time at Lake Michigan.
Amy
Amy VanHaren joins our office to assist in writing our blog and
communicating our story. Amy has worked as a dedicated communications
professional for over five years, helping health, food, and athletic event
organizations share their stories through social, digital, and traditional
media outlets.
Amy earned her Masters in Fine Arts in Nonfiction from the University of New Hampshire and has worked as a freelance writer for ten years, writing about health, sports, and environmental issues.
Amy has little ability to sit still or stay inside: she has lived in six different states from Michigan to Hawaii; traveled to many countries; competed in numerous triathlons and marathons; and hiked Mount Washington in winter whiteout conditions.
Dr. Mulder was her first dentist and she is thrilled to be able to introduce others to the work we do.
Nichole
Nichole brings with her (8) years of dental experience. She has an enormous amount of compassion for her patients, most leave with a big hug.
Nichole attended Grand Rapids Community College where she received her degree as a Dental Assistant. She has completed her education at LVI in Neuromuscular Dentistry for the treatment of TMJ pain and cosmetic restorative treatment. Her passion is treating TMJ patients and seeing their quality of life return.
In her spare time she enjoys outings with her family, going camping with her wonderful husband Shawn and their little girl Faith.
Rachel
Rachel is the newest team member. Prior to working for Dr. Mulder, Rachel graduated Kellogg Community College with an Applied Sciences Degree in Dental Hygiene and Business Adminstration. She has been practicing dental hygiene for three years and also helps out as a treatment coordinator. She is passionate about patient education and working with children. Whether your issue is clinical or front desk related, she will be able to help!
Rachel and her husband are excited to welcome their first child in the fall. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
